The 2010 annual meeting was held on Thursday, April 29, 2010. A date has not yet been set for our 2011 annual meeting.

Have you had any stock splits?
On February 16, 2006, OPTI Canada announced that its Board of Directors had recommended a two-for-one share split of its common shares. Shareholder approval of the share split was obtained at OPTI’s annual and special shareholder meeting on April 27, 2006.

No, we do not. Shares of OPTI common stock can be purchased through a broker or stock purchase service of your choice.

Does OPTI pay a cash dividend?
OPTI has not paid any dividends on the Common Shares or any other class or series of shares to date. The payment of dividends in the future will be dependent upon the earnings and financial position of OPTI and on such other factors as the Board of Directors of OPTI considers appropriate.
