McDaniel & Associates, our independent resource evaluator, recognizes our Cottonwood lease to contain 502 million barrels of Contingent and Prospective Resources.

All reserve and resource amounts net to OPTI at December 31, 2008 after taking into account the sale of 15 percent working interest effective January 1, 2009.
